Management refuses to fix Front gate alarms that go off constantly at night on nearly a monthly basis. Absolutely ridiculous that a complex will deprive tenants of sleep seemingly for fun. EDIT: Called and spoke with someone at 11:40, was hung up on and sent to voicemail
I’m not sure that I would necessary recommend living here. I lived in this complex for a year under a different management and it was amazing. Then two years later I came back and I cannot say I had the same experience. This complex does not take noise complaints seriously. I had made countless noise complaints about a noisy neighbor that would wake me up almost every single night in the middle of the night, and the most they do is send a “lease violation” and then nothing comes of it. Living in this apartment community has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we moved in, it was clear that the management and staff lack professionalism, organization, and even the basic training needed to run an apartment complex. When we first got the apartment, it was completely dirty. Have lived at this community for a few years now and have to say that itzel has been such a great manager and has brought major improvement to the community
I moved out in March 2025 and left my apartment in clean, well-maintained condition, including all appliances, with no trash or damage. I lived in this community for five years and experienced three different property management teams during that time. My rent and utilities were always paid on time. Despite this, the current management is attempting to charge me additional cleaning fees and utilities.
