Brandon and Gia (the leasing consultants) did a good job to make sure the process of renting went smoothly and they were able to answer my questions as soon as they can. The apartment was well taken care of at move in
I on my second year living here and I can say that the staff here is really awesome. When I have any issue they take care of it quickly. There always respectful and they do as much as possible to keep this place clean. Plus I like the fact that this place is located in a very fun place where all the restaurants and store.
I lived there for three years and recently moved out, so I could live closer to my Son’s school. Overall my experience was pretty good. The staff was always quick to fix any maintenance issues I had. Usually had AC issues once a year. The gates working are always hit or miss and one side wasn’t working when I left. They were working on it. If people would quit running into it, that might help? I lived there about two years. Staff are great, attentive and receptive and doing all they can to improve the grounds and take care of things since they took over. Highly recommend.
