Went there for the first time and will never go back. It’s a children’s play place but they were playing VERY INAPPROPRIATE SONGS for kids. (A lot of Bitch this bitch that party music) I took my kids and left after having to tell the people twice to change the music. As we were walking out ( this my pussy I can do what I want) party song was playing! Pathetic. The place was dirty, tables were cluttered and there was very little space to eat comfortably. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
They damaged my cupcake holder and they refused to compensate. Additionally, they lied regarding extending our time. This facility definetly could not operate in New Jersey. It has a serious of operating violations. A small child made it pass security. The same day a women was hit by a car and killed within yards of the building. I do understand its affordable but its also dangerous. Other than breaking my stand, the young ladies were helpful.
Was unable to redeem tickets at 9:06 due to them stating we are closed� too dark not enough light . Pizza was nasty and the 2nd pizza was 1/2 late. Bathroom nasty and I feel like security is lacking in a bunch of areas. And the rock wall is dangerous quick way to go to the hospital.
My daughter really enjoy herself so for me that's all that matters�����
