Absolutely love Zumba! It's really fun and the instructor is amazing!!
I took Alyssa's build a bod class it was hard but that's what it takes! And she was an absolutely awesome instructor kept the morale and energy high and was there if someone needed help with any circuit they were at! Will definitely go back!
I have been a member for a few years now and am a little upset about what it's turning in to. It has become a high school hangout. When I walked up the stairs the music was blaring you could hear it with door shut . Also several of young people were standing on both pedals of spinning bikes horsing around. Makes me want to find somewhere else to work out . It's a gym not a social hour some people actually want to work out.
