RecommendedThey say that the third time is the charm, but this is our fifth time renting from jump for adan and can't say enough good things about these guys. Their jumpers are clean, sanitized, reasonably priced and on top of all, they gave us a discount since we are a repeat customer. Highly recommend this jumper rental business
When the first jumpy we rented broke, they immediately sent someone to fix the issue and provided us with a free popcorn machine. It was really not their fault at the end, but they still acted professional and helped us out. We tip everyone of their drivers!
These guys rock! We rented water slide for a youtube videos and everyone kept on asking about their water slide. Awesome stuff and will use them again!

We used jump for adan about a year ago for my daughter's birthday party and haven't used any other jumper rental company in san diego ever since. Highly recommend them and their jumpers are definitely the best and cleanest.
Poor customer service, will blame you for their delays and most importantly, don't bother to warn you that your generator might not last your all-day rental and the jumper might collapse with kids inside! Took weeks and multiple voicemails (which they claim they never got) to confirm the order. When I asked for an insurance certificate almost a week before the event, they said they could and then the day before the party had to ask me for my address for the cert. This is my third time renting from Jump for Adan and they have exceeded my expectations every time. You have to keep in touch with them for sure, especially during the delivery period. My delivery arrived a few minutes late, but they compensated that 15-minute delay with 1 hour of additional time for the rental. At the end, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Thank you guys and see you soon!
Wish their website was more clear. You cannot use your own supplied generator so the company makes you spend $45 more to use their generator.
