RecommendedWe rented a jumper for birthdays in December and February. They were very prompt in contacting me once I put in the online request forms. Jumpers were clean and in great condition! We will be back 😊😊

READ THE BAD REVIEWS!!! I wish i had before i decided to use them! They are very mean and have poor customer service! They are extremely unprepared and had me scrambling for extension cords while i had my party going. The supervisor blames and lies! The people who deliver only do what is easiest for them and lied, saying in the contract it said i had to pull out the heavy, water filled tarp on my water slide and drain the slide! i paid almost $400...and now i have to do someone elses job? I have never been more disappointed in a company. I made reservations for my daughters 5th birthday over a month in advance. Confirmed 48 hours before the party and they just never showed up. After being an hour and a half late I called them and they said they didn't know when they would be there, not even a guess. My delivery time was between 11-12 and at 12:40, with the party at 1pm they still hadn't shown up. I waited at the park and they never even called. Generator ran out of gas an hour in and jumper collapsed with kids inside. They cone to switch out generator. New generator breaks down and again, a full collapse with kids stuck inside. Terrifying, and there response was “we can only give you a partial refund- after all you got an hour of use before it collapsed” wtf? What kind of company is this????
I just called in and the man who answered was more than rude and customer service is horrible. I wanted to rent the 3 tables and 18 chair special for $27 as posted on their website then he stated that's only when you rent a jumper. No where on that page does it state that I read everything to him and all he's says is do you want to rent them or not! I said its misleading and he continues to say no not really... so I hung up.. I would never suggest this company absolutely rude and not how you treat a prospect.
RecommendedFor a company that has been in the business for a while, it does show. Their support staff was very responsive and followed our instructions to the letter.
