RecommendedTasty chicken, burgers, and fish
This was my first time at Jana's Jumbo House, I heard they had great burgers. I ordered the Big Joe, not realizing that the burger was 1 lb 1/2 of meat with all the toppings. Next time, I'll be ordering something smaller. Had to take some of it back to my hotel. The customer service could've been a little better, to be honest. I'm from out of state. However, I'll come back to the restaurant when I return to Columbia and try Jana's Jumbo House again.

First time to try the catfish and it was awesome! Will make this a regular experience!

I think Jumbo House is the best. The closest I’ve had is “In and Out Burger” out west, but we are lucky to have an amazing burger place right here. The side selections are ridiculous too, so hard to decide which to get every time. Don’t ever change!
I used to order via phone all the time and they would let me pay using my card so someone else could pick up. I called today and she said they aren't allowed to do that, hmmmm I've done it for years. Every single restaurant I order from at home or work allows you to pay over the phone, it is 2020. I guess I'll order Katie Pies across the road from them going forward, or go to bypass deli for a burger, customer service has gotten pathetic at jumbo house.
