Do not get your Mazda repaired here. I had to have my seat cover replaced under warranty. The repair was supposed to be 2.5 hours. After waiting 4 hours, they told me it was "complete." I walked out to the car to see that the mechanic had sloppily tucked 2 of the 8 connections in without hooking them in correctly. After I pointed it out to them, they worked on it for 30 more minutes. This time they hooked only one in and tried to tuck the other one in even harder to hide the mistake from me. As always, Felicia was pleasant, professional, and efficient. My vehicle was taken to the service bay at the time of my appointment, for a regular service. The technician performed the required service, provided a video report when the job was done, all within a reasonable time. To date I have had only a very positive experience with the service department at Tuscaloosa Mazda.
