I arrived at 11am for noon appointment which I received 3 automated calls to remind me. I noticed there were 0 seats available as the tiny lobby with NO AC, was full to capacity. There were at least 16 people/women waiting. I asked front desk how long to be called as the sign in sheet had 16 names before me. She said 1 hour and a half 90 minutes minimum.
