Dr. Valeriano is a very good doctor, however her office staff has been declining over the past few years. Until recently I was her patient for almost ten years. Communication is a major issue with her staff. Getting a medication refill or appointment often requires several phone calls. Most of the time I or the pharmacy will call for a refill. Dr. Juliette Valeriano is great! I have been a patient of Dr. Valeriano for over 8 years. I have been a flight attendant now for the past 4 years. I am based in Florida. However, I continue to fly up here to visit Dr. Valeriano for my anual visits.
