I had a very disappointing experience at Juliet Salon and would strongly caution anyone considering going here for blonding services. First, Juliet was an hour late to my original appointment. Things only got worse when I had to come back to have my hair fixed. She changed my appointment time without asking and told me it was the only time she had and that I would need to come then. Horrible experience at this salon! I came in with my daughter who was so excited to be getting a Brazilian Blowout for the first time. Juliet was extremely unprofessional, with so much attitude. 20 minutes into starting hair they told me it would be an additional $100! Then she told me she was using something else which is similar to Brazilian even though I asked her not to. This place mortifies people with my hair type (which really isn't that difficult, may I add) They knew they couldn't handle my hair type before they started and couldn't say so from the beginning, so they proceeded and 20 minutes in after combing and dying, they start with the, it doesnt work for this hair type?!!! Then they didn't honor their promotion and charged more to finnish!!! Are you kidding me! #betterbusinessbureau They have no right!
