Im not one to leave bad reviews. I used to go to this nail salon faithfully every 2 weeks. Tina and Sam are amazing and I reccomend seeing them. How ever the technician Max was unprofessional. I went in to get my acrylics taken off and follow it up with sns powder. He used the tip of a fake nail to pry my acrylics off. I let him know that it was painful and asked for him to soak off my acrylics. He told me they didnt do that (which is not true). I told him to stop and I decided to take my business else where. I absolutely love the pedicures here. The Tropical Pedicure for $35 is my favorite. I always do Walk-In and haven't had an issue with any technician.

Can I give a negative star rating? I have never cried about my nail ever until Tony got a hold of them. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe my experience with them.
I had tom, he was quiet at first until I found something we had in common then we started chatting. He didn't push back my cuticles or do any prep work other than buff. Now he did do the acrylic exactly how I wanted on the top, very smooth and flush, it was perfect until I looked underneath my nails when I left, it is completely filled in underneath, I can't even get to under my nail..
