Well....was able to get a last minute appointment yesterday. First time customer there. Everything went great until the lady doing my nails actually used a cuticle cutter to remove the gel nail polish from the side of my ring finger, right hand!! Granted it's not a huge cut, but it's there! All she said was "sorry sorry sorry" continuously. Not once did management become involved. Even after I said something to the receptionist! Julie’s nails is the best nail salon experience I have had in McHenry County! You are welcomed with a smile, seated and offered a beverage during your service! Their check-in perks are wonderful! Thank you Ann and Tina for such great care at each visit!
