Dr. Julie D. Zimbelman finds great meaning and purpose each day she spends working on behalf of children with cancer. To be able to walk that road with people is something that's very sacred, says Dr. Zimbelman. I feel we are very privy to something that's very special and spectacular and holy ground when we work with these families. Dr. Zimbelman, who received her medical doctorate with honors from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, sees no better group worth fighting for.

Amazing! Best Doctor and office I bring my child to. Dr Zimbelman is so sweet and helpful, she will spend time with us and answer all of our questions.
My daughter had a tough entry to this world. It's a miracle she is alive. Dr. Zimbelman has taken great care and follow up of my daughter. She had proactively screened my daughter for a variety of blood related disorders due to my family history. She takes interest in her development and shows genuine care and appreciation for her health. I will continue to go to her and would certainly advocate on her behalf.
Dr. Zimelman is absolutely amazing. She always takes her time and makes sure we understand everything she discusses with us.
We’ve seen Dr. Z for about 16 months and have received nothing but the highest quality care. She is always thorough & thoughtful. Patient and parents leave feeling valued, loved, and informed.
We love Dr. Zimbleman. She takes time to answer all of our questions and we typically have many. She explains things to us so that we can understand. She has met all of our children and asks about them when we are there. We are very thankful to have her on our team. When we leave the office we feel like we have been to see a friend.
We feel very fortunate that Dr. Zimbleman was recommended to help our son (and family) through a very alarming and stressful period. She very quickly diagnosed and is in the process of treating an autoimmune condition that affected our son’s platelet count. Dr. Zimbleman and her co-doctors and staff were professional, friendly, and available; but most importantly they got the diagnosis and treatment right. Highly recommended.
The team of doctors at RMHO have been amazing. They talk to kids well. I asked Dr. Van Dornick to explain to my five year old the chemo that was coming, and he sat down and talked to her like an uncle calmly walking step by step through the reasons why this needed to happen. She got it. They also talk to parents well. Dr. Zimbelman has on several occasions anticipated my worries or reactions and addressed them with information and appropriate encouragement. I am confident in their expertise.

You do not feel rushed. Our Son Just Loved her and would talk her ear off. She hated to tell us our sons cancer kept coming back, and she treated shea like he was part of her family.
