Julie and Ted helped us sell our home and our overall experience working with them was outstanding. They made us feel very comfortable from the first meeting all the way through our closing date. They were never pushy, set realistic expectations and in the end were able to exceed they expectations they initially presented us with. Although the thought of selling your home could be rather intimidating, Julie and Ted were a pleasure to work with and made the process fairly simple. Highly recommend!!!

Julie and Ted helped us sell our home. They did a good job of suggesting a price range and why, and pros and cons of different price points so we could make a good decision. We moved out before putting our house on the market and they took care of staging it, and strategically set up an open house. We moved out of state, and they were very helpful with giving people we hired access to our house when needed so we didn't have to make extra trips back to the house we were selling.
