As a young trans person, finding a mental health professional was challenging. Luckily, with the help of a previous provider I was referred to Julie Newsome. Julie is one of the only therapists I’ve been able to actually open up to. She’s always helping me put things into perspective and helping me set and achieve new goals for myself. I appreciate Julie so much for so many reasons. I have developed a great trust with Julie just doing phone sessions, if that doesn’t tell you how welcoming she is I don’t know what will!
