It is great to have labs done at doctors office. Very short wait time for appointments. Dr Staats is very thorough and listens and takes enough time with patients. The staff is efficient and helpful as well.
Dr. Staats has been like a "breath of fresh air"! She has given us the opportunity to ask questions and listen to our concerns. We definitely don't feel like we're being pushed-through-the-system anymore.
I have been seeing Dr. Staats for almost 4 years now ... and she is the most professional, thorough, competent, and capable physician I have seen in my 40 years of life. I have been seeing Dr Staats for three years. I have had some pretty great doctors over my 68 years but I have to say that Dr Staats is right up at the top of the list for the most caring and compassionate as well as competent and knowledgeable in many different areas. She really listens to you and answers all your questions. She gave me more insight to what was going on with a back issue than the several visits I recently had with a physical therapist! Dr Staats is a wonderful caring Dr. My husband and adult daughter (an RN) have also switched to her and are very impressed too. She takes her time and gives very thorough checkups! I feel like she is working WITH me instead of just telling me what I need!
I did not get that far. I stopped by her office and her staff gave me paperwork to fill out. I took it back in a day or two. About a week later I received a letter stating that my case was too complicated and that I could not be seen. I was very disappointed.
Was examined for an annual physical. The nurse conducting the examination grew extremely offended when she realized my politics didn’t match hers. Borderline hostile when I attempted to address her hurt feelings in the exam room. I have tremendous respect for Dr. Staats. I would ask that she remind her staff to show some respect for her PATIENTS.
Very thorough and good communication. Takes her time with you. Not too arrogant to respond to questions or acknowledge alternative treatments or therapies.
Dr. Staats is one of the most caring, thorough and professional primary doctors my husband and I have had as our physician of choice. I highly recommend her and her staff.
