Dr. Staats is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have ever seen. She and her staff take time to listen and discuss options and the best treatment for you. My appointments are always prompt and the waiting room is welcoming.
Most times visiting a doctors office we spend more time in the waiting room than with the person we’re paying to see and help with our issue. NOT with Dr. Staats, she spent time listening and asking questions, giving suggestions as well as listening again to what we are doing, and formulating a way forward. Dr. Staats actually and genuinely cares about her patients. The office staff and her nurse are second to none. The entire office excuses professionalism and true care for their patients.
It was ok but front desk is rude and unprofessional
I was a new MD VIP patient. When I first met with Dr. Staats she spent about an hour with me going over my health. I was really impressed and how she really cared about me as a patient. Thank You Dr Staats
The personal attention that I am given every time I go to Dr. Staat's office. Everyone makes me feel special. Dr. Staat's takes every precaution in my care. I know I am in good hands with her.
Dr. Staats was very professional and personable. She saw a problem and I was operated on within 3 weeks. I haven't scheduled my MDVIP visit yet, although she has reminded me to do so.
Dr. Staats and her staff are so helpful and friendly. They take the time to explain any questions asked. The office is always clean and fresh. I especially enjoyed the affirmations and medical tips that are sent out over e mail. The patient portal is good to refer back on a visit.
It is great to have labs done at doctors office. Very short wait time for appointments. Dr Staats is very thorough and listens and takes enough time with patients. The staff is efficient and helpful as well.
Dr. Staats has been like a "breath of fresh air"! She has given us the opportunity to ask questions and listen to our concerns. We definitely don't feel like we're being pushed-through-the-system anymore.
