My wife and I have been patients of Dr Julie Staats for 9 years since we moved to Niceville. Dr. Staats medical expertise and the professional atmosphere of her office and staff are second to none. Very professional and relaxing atmosphere . Listens and takes time with me.
The visit and various procedures are thorough and not stressful.Answers to my questions are detailed, informative and not hurried.I’ve always felt at ease and there has never been an instance of a rush to finish.Dr. Staats staff is also to be complimented.The sense of calm starts at the check in.I believe that a one on one relationship is essential to build trust between physician and patient.

I asked for an appointment centered around pain from the hips down. I left the appointment feeling great. Julie paid attention to me well enough that her interventions precluded two office visits I would have had to make otherwise, one for a steroid shot and one for an Epley maneuver. It was all taken care of in a 45 minute office exam. I had a same day appointment when I made the request.
Dr Staats listens to all concerns and questions and explains things very well! She always makes me (and family members) feel so important and listened to as she takes her time to explain things thoroughly!
Doctor Staats is thorough and compassionate, explains test results and is the only physician that has physically checked my heart, lungs, hearing, vision, reflexes, sinuses and mood during an exam.
Dr.Staats is always going the extra mile in my care. She is very concerned and compassionate.
