Julie is an Amazing realtor. I met Julie at an open house about a year before purchasing. She was patient while checking in with me every 3-4 months. My husband and I recently purchased a house with Julie. I’m so thankful we had Julie’s help. She was attentive to our list of “wants” and “needs” for the new home. And her familiarity of both Skagit and Whatcom counties is not necessarily something a realtor can just learn.
