Dr. Ring scheduled to take out my third molars. She broke a tooth and exposed my sinus. In a panic, she got her secretary to phone to find someone who was actually qualified to bail her out. She ended up sending me the Emergency Room, where not only was there no dentist on call, but ended up costing me Hundreds of dollars and 12 hours of my life. I hadn't been to a dentist for five years and needed help badly. I have always been afraid of dentists because of some very bad experiences in the past. But, from the lovely ladies at the desk right through the X-rays and cleaning everyone I met at dr. Rings office was extremely nice and efficient. They all conspired to make me feel good about my teeth.
I was impressed with the office staff including the front staff. Dr. Ring was definitely not kid friendly. My daughter was afraid and she basically had the attitude of, "suck it up kid." We have only been to two visits and we will be transferring to another dentist. The first she was talking rudely to her hygenist who was a temp. I was uncomfotable as the patient and felt bad for her temp. Second time, she was incredibly rude to my daughter. I would NOT recommend her for pediatric dentistry. Dr. Julie Ring did a great job on my dental work with little pain. The cost was reasonable, the hygenist, Crystal was very informative. The office was very nice, but the actual rooms were cluttered. I was impressed when greeted at the front desk, as the women looked very busy, they still put me first. I did overhear Dr. Ring talk negatively to her employees which should be done behind closed doors...very unprofessional for a patient to hear. I may or may not be back.
I was part of crowns and fillings and other work. She make you wait for a very long time and the assitants do more work than the dentist do. I would not recommend her at all to anyone. She is in such a hurry she doesn't even look at the X-rays that was just taken.
Dr. Ring is very professional and kind. Due to time constraints, I neglected my dental health for several years. Dr. Ring and her entire staff were very supportive, knowledgable and very nice. I highly recommend Dr. Ring. Thanks so much, Jennifer N.
I am extremely happy with Dr. Ring and her staff. I have had a crown, fillings, cleaning, and Invisalign done at her office. Her and her staff are wonderful, starting with the lovely receptionist, hygienist, and assistants. I feel comfortable with any and all the staff working on me. Even one of the receptionist is a trained assistant and helps when she is needed. A great team atmosphere. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Expense is hard to rate since I am on a PPO and my fees are dictated by my insurance company.
I went to see Dr. Ring when I lost a filling. It was the absolute worst experience of my dental experiences. Not only did I have four people stick there hands in my mouth not explaining who they were or what they were doing when I finally met Dr. Ring she did not even introduce herself to me. As she was drilling in my mouth she proceeded to discuss other patients with her helper. I had to listen to a tooth extraction play by play from the cubicle next to me. Dr. Ring is the best dentist I have had in 35 years! I have lived in many places in the U.S. and I have not come across a better dentist. She takes a conservative approach to dentistry and is a pleasure to talk to as well. Her experience shows with how she performs her assessment. Additionally, she kindly checked our 20 month year old daughter as well. Fortunately, Dr. Ring's office is close to our home but I would travel any distance to come and see her.
