This was my last visit you walk into this beautiful office with two very fist class ladies at the front desk to greet you. Then the class ends there the Hygienist did a good job but just seemed sloppy! Then I was sent back to an assistant for filling & she smelled & her uniform was dirty also noticed she did not wash her hands before she put gloves on, then Dr Ring spent maybe 5 minutes with me, then the stinky assistant did the rest. So many changes the assistance do not do good work & are very rough. Also not very clean themselves, the one assistant smelled lik smoke & is just dirty. Will not go back , feel bad because I will miss Karen she always works you in & is so friendly & helpful.
I have been a patient of Dr Ring's for almost 10 years. I have had a crown, fillings, root canals etc. She has been great. Always has done a great job.
This is not the experience you are looking for. Multiple trips to stop pain. Ended up going elsewhere for a root canal and was floored by the technology at other offices. Not impressed with the bickering between staff. Not a "family atmosphere". Most employees are less than two years here. Not looking to meet new people every time I went for a checkup. Not run professionally
She is awesome! I went there to get my teeth cleaned and now they are white! she is a miracle worker
After an initial consultation, I returned to Dr. Julie Ring’s office for the extraction of 2 teeth on 5/16/2014. This was by far the worst dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Ring’s beside manner and her level of professionalism were below subpar. The planned extraction was uneventful; and Dr. Ring decided she also needed to also extract my wisdom tooth due to a cavity which I was never informed of during consultation which was just a couple of weeks beforw. Dr. Ring has worked with my son who is VERY afraid of going to the dentist. Dr. Ring and her staff were so understanding, calming and patient to my son and also to me. I appreciated their understanding of the situation and they were all so kind. Dr Ring always let me know what was going on and how my son was doing. She put me at ease during this stressful time as well as my son.
