It's really sad to me that I visited this female doctor who knew exactly what I was about to go through and offered me zero education.
This is by far the worst doctor office ever . 1st of all you will be waiting forever , front office staff is so rude. Make it even worse, they canceled my appointment the DAY OF, like an hour before after I already took off work. Then I try to reschedule after trying to get in contact with someone forever just to tell mw they don’t have anything until 5 months later!!! WOWWWW!!!!! This is the 3rd time this has happened . Thorough, knowledgeable, kind and caring.
I was seen at this clinic after waiting almost 2 years after my referral. To be treated like a piece of gum on someone’s shoe. She put medications in for me that required a prior authorization. She refused to even follow through and send the paper work for my insurance to pay. She then proceeded to tell me to see my PCM that she would not be helping me anymore. If I could give zero stars I would. Drive further and be respected.
So smart, kind, and very good at her job! Thanks again!
