The experience we had getting our new used car was great.. John our salesman worked really hard to get us in a nice car and got us a great deal.. My biggest fear is going to dealerships and getting yanked around. But when you go to Julian's you literally feel like everyone is your friend looking out for you for the best deal at the best price! I can't believe I can say that I not only BOUGHT a new car, but I SAVED money in the process with my interest being cut more than HALF what i was paying. They are the easiest and friendliest dealership to deal with. We highly recommend them for any type of car that you are looking for. Thanks for making my daughter sweet 16 a dream come true for her! she is still in shock and still sitting in her car!
They are nothing, but sneaky. When we went to get our car from them, they did not show us the carfax. A week later, the car broke down on us and we had to spend over $400 on a new alternator. About a month later, we started having front end issues. Come to find out, the car had been previously in a front end collision, which is now causing more issues. Excellent customer service, Great selection in Cars/Trucks/SUV's Brien our salesman stayed on top of every question and concerned we had. He was able to get us top dollar for our trade in, Explained every step of the process and was able to get me into a truck I never thought I would be able to at the payment that I needed. I would recommend everyone to check them out and ask for Brien, He is a TOP notch salesmen, and everyone else was as friendly as he was but ask for Brien!
Bought our Buick century here about 3 years ago! Nothing major has been wrong with it and anything that has broken down was simple and easy to fix! Reliable is the best word to use! And most of the staff is/was a pleasure to speak too: )
Whet to Julian's today and I have to say they have to be one of the most stress free dealerships I have ever gone to. Jack was awesome. Scott was great and the ladies in the office where also fantastic. They have top notch customer service and are willing to work with you no matter what your credit rating is. 5 Star's in my book.
