Doctor was professional and answered all questions. However, the receptionist at the front desk (suite 200) tone was unfriendly and unprofessional. Wait time was also longer than expected.
I see Dr Gilbert annually. She and her staff are always kind and professional! They are very reassuring and informative when I’ve had concerns or issues that needed further attention.
Very professional and friendly experience! Very prompt with responses, call backs, and results. Highly recommend Dr. Gilbert and all of her staff!
