We had a very unique experience selling our family’s home. Julian had to deal with 5 adults on how things proceeded. I still am in awe of how he juggled all of our personalities and kept us all in the loop. His team that he works with was amazing they were all professional and kind from the photographer, appraiser to the escrow company. Working with Julian was a breeze. As we are out of state, the process required a lot of extra help from him to manage getting our property listed and showed without us having to be there in person.
