I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience to help other families avoid this situation. My visit to Dr. J Jakobovits’ office was extremely disappointing. I had a 12:15 appointment and ended up waiting over an hour with no update or explanation. I was told to wait in a narrow hallway with two other sick patients, with no personal space and no regard for basic comfort or privacy. I wish there was an option for zero stars. Unbelievable how unprofessional this office and Doctor are.
I like this Doctor. He gives you good and verifiable information so that you can make the decisions. He enjoys his work and it shows.
