Julian was a joy to work with from start to finish. We spoke at the outset about what I was hoping to achieve in listing and selling through him, and then he guided me through every step of the process to maximize my value. He always had multiple contractors to recommend to get the house in selling condition, and then the whole jawn was so beautifully and tastefully furnished and styled for photos. I think the house was on the market for all of a weekend before we got an offer at asking. Julian’s your guy to sell (or buy!)
