My husband and I had a great experience working with Paul and Julia. We knew Paul for many years prior, but we got to know Julia throughout this process. They make a great team - they both are very knowledgeable and thorough, and their teamwork allows them to be super available + responsive. I’d recommend them to both family and friends.
Julia and Paul were an amazing team. They were able to sell our condo using Compass Private listing, saving us thousands of dollars of staging and double mortgage payments. They were super helpful and responsive and have a well coordinated end-to-end process that makes you feel comfortable, aware, and taken care of.
