Dr. Burden’s office acted quickly in getting our granddaughter in per our doctor’s referral. Our baby girl had a terribly painful scalp condition; so much so, she would scream if we touched her head. She was seen by Dr. Burden within the week, evaluated, with scalp specimens taken. Dr Burden followed up with an antibiotic which resolved the pain and eliminated the sores. By far the best experience I have ever had at a doctor's office with one of my kids is at Dr. Burden's office. I have never been to an doctor's office where every person (from check-in to the doctor) was kind, patient and pleasant. Dr. Burden and her nurse answered my questions and were very helpful addressing the concerns I had over my son's skin. It was a very reassuring appointment and I am so thankful for them!
1st time we saw her, she was unable to give any kind of diagnosis due to the infection starting to clear. Took a sample. Said to avoid this problem in the future, come in immediately if it ever came back. She said, 'we're good like that. Even if we can't fit you in, at least we can take a sample'.
