She helped me through one of the most traumatic times in my life. I'll always be grateful for what she did for me. I went to her for just over a year and she advocated for me and always treated me with care and understanding.
Oh My.......be very careful. Dr. Frank never listened to a word I said. At the end of my first and last visit. She said " get a botox shot between the eyes take vitamin B and go to the gym " what a quack do your research.
I visited this Dr one time for a prescription refill. And had the have my heart stopped and started by Paramedics because she would not listen to me when I told her I was allergic to the genetic brand of the medicine that I have been on. It has been a stressful and degrading experience dealing with her and her superior Dr. Cohen. They do not want to take any responsibility for there actions. This is health care ? And I am a health care provider my self. Absolutely horrible experience.
