This has been the most disorganized office I’ve dealt with. My doctor has been faxing in a referral for over a month, and I even faxed it myself, yet they continue to claim they haven’t received it. Each week, I’m simply told to fax it again and wait a few days. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I’m sure the doctor is excellent, but unfortunately, I’ll likely never have the chance to meet them due to the ongoing issues with the staff’s follow-through.
Impatient, stressed, and hostile from the second she entered the room. She was moody and rushed; she lacked basic social skills. She seemed moderately annoyed that I had questions for her. At times, she exhaled in displeasure and appeared to roll her eyes like some annoyed high-school student. In the majority of my other Google reviews, I have given 5 stars.
