:) I found this place on the internet and decided to give it a try for skin conditions. I felt so comfortable with my doctor and she knew exactly what was wrong at the first look. The doctors are very knowledgable in their field. It is wonderful to have such a great doctor.
Pretty Good Practice I've gone to the Denver Skin Clinic for about 1/2 dozen doctors and been happy. Some Drs are better than other -- after trying a few, I found and like Dr. Havard. Although the staff can make you feel rushed, she is knowledgeable and answers my many questions.
Billed me for second opinion without consulting meâ Dr. Havard was very thorough. She zeroed in on a couple spots and said she wanted to take biopsies to be on the safe side. By the time I had a chance to be scared, they had me laid out of the table and had swiftly taken three samples of me painlessly. But then they sent my biopsy out for a second opinion without consulting me first, and I got charged twice. Satisfied Patient I am 67 years old, male, and have been a patient of Dr. Jan Fu for over three years. In my opinion Dr. Fu and her staff are professional, thorough, courteous, and efficient. Dr. Fus credentials are impressive but I am most impressed by her attention to detail during my exams and treatments. Dr. Fu's practice is excellent! Dr. Fu and her staff are a delight! I have been visiting their offices for 4 years and have always been treated very professionally. Dr. Fu is professional and I trust her. I would highly recommend Dr. Fu and her team to anyone.
Dr. Jan Fu I have been a client of Dr. Jan Fu for many, many years. I never have a problem with getting an appointment or having to wait for an extended amount of time. (I'm usually seen within 10 minutes.) The staff is always courteous and friendly. Dr. Fu recently spent her entire lunch hour on a procedure for me. She knew I was nervous and she made sure I was calm and ready. She explained what she was doing and the side effects of the procedure. Terrible experience. Terrible experience. 1) I waited for over an hour in the patient room. 2) I was dressed in a paper gown that ripped every time I moved. 3) When Dr. Fu walked in, she opened the door wide open from the hallway - she held up her notebook in front of my face so no one walking by the hall could see my face - but they COULD see me barely clad in a paper gown. 4) When she did the examination, she ripped the paper gown away from that part of the body until I was nearly naked at the end in a shredded paper gown.... read more
Traumatic experience with Dr. Fu I went in to see Dr. Fu for a complete body check and to have her examine a couple of cysts on my scalp. Dr. Fu seemed only concerned with how i had heard about her and who sent me to see her. She did not ask me to wear a gown but instead proceeded to "help" me remove my shirt as she examined my body. After removing my shirt she then asked me to remove my tank top. She told me I had some sort of bumps on my arm and quickly handed me a pamphlet about it and a sample of cream. PHYSICAN ASST. COSANDRA / DR. MURRAY OFFICE Cosandra (Physican Assistant) is RUDE, and uneducated in identifying illnesses and MISDIAGNOSED me!! Has NO CLUE what she is talking about, (after scheduled to see a DOCTOR not an assistant in Oct /2010). Apparently im not the only reviewer that experienced that. It appears they dont tell you during scheduling that you will be seeingvthe "nurse practioner". She didn't conduct thorough examination, just looked at condition and "assumed" she knew what it was!
