Hands down, absolutely the best Jeweler! – I've been a customer of George and Jeff's since they worked for the "other" store downtown. There is absolutely nothing they won't do to make a customer happy. On at least 5 occasions over the past 20 years some member of my family needed something VERY unusual and Jeff or George made it happen. My Favorite Jeweler – When I inherited my Grandmother's ring I brought it to Jeff and George to have it up-dated so my wife could wear it. They came up with a beautiful design and the ring was made right there at the store so I didn't have to worry about it being sent out somewhere else. It came out beautifully and my wife loves it! They clean and polish it for her for free whenever she comes in. I look forward to doing more business with them.
AWFUL SERVICE – I went there to get work done on my Tacori ring, and couldn't believe the service. AWFUL!!!!!! I can't even remember the last time I received such terrible service! It's very disheartening to know that so much money was spent, and such terrible treatment was returned. Take your money elsewhere, TRUST ME!!!!!!!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!! AWEFUL SERVICE!! – DO NOT BUY YOUR JEWELRY FROM THIS STORE! THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY DO NOT SERVICE THEIR PRODUCTS. BOUGHT A VERY EXPENSIVE ITEM HERE TO ONLY HAVE IT BREAK. THEY STATED THEY DON'T SERVICE THEIR PRODUCTS - THEY ONLY SELL THEM. THESE GUYS ARE A COUPLE OF CROOKS AND I WILL NEVER BUY JEWELRY FROM THEM AGAIN
