They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. In addition, they got my insurance incorrectly, and used an anesthesiologist who was not 100% covered in under my health insurance. It took a lot to straighten all of that out.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The doctor did absolutely nothing to help my condition, just recommended that I continue to take over the counter medication that I was already taking and unhappy with before I scheduled an appointment.
