Not ethical. Puts money before patients.
Multi-level-marketing scam would be the best way to describe this "practice". Dr Chiang is more interested in selling overpriced cosmetic products, and surprise billing you than taking care of your medical conditions. Her waiting room is basically a showcase for the glorified Jergens creams she will try to sell you during the mere 5 minutes she will spend with you--time that could be used instead to care for you. Very conscientious Happy with visit
Dr. Chiang is extremely knowledgeable and provided an accurate overview of my issue and treatment options. I felt very pleased with the service and would recommend her with confidence to my friends and family.
Kind and caring doctor
Poor bedside manner. Entered the room without knocking, and didn't introduce her assistant. My appointment was suspiciously short. I don't feel like she did a thorough job of scanning my skin (moles) for issues, and I felt like she was rushing. Just really abrupt and unfriendly, and an overall unpleasant experience.
Save your time & money! Dr. Chiang never even offered me a prescription for my complaint; nor did she give me medical advice during my office visit. The only thing she's interested in is selling high-cost laser treatments and skincare products. Additionally, her medical assistant spent 10 minutes trying to get me to buy Obaji, even though I kept telling her I wasn't interested! A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!
