We were very fortunate to have Judith Vandsburger as our real estate agent. Her job in our situation was not an easy one. We were selling the home of our sister who had just recently passed away and there were many unfortunate decisions that were made on our part which made the process unnecessarily difficult. But with her knowledge, patience and grace, Judith was able to find the right buyer for us allowing for a smooth and successful closing of our sister's home. Thank you Judith for all you did for us.

That’s what Judith did for me, She helped me find vendors that were very affordable. She herself supervised and made changes to some details the staging of the house to reflect what we were looking for. She positioned the property so... read more

May 2025: I am writing another recommendation for my amazing realtor Judith Vandsburger. Judith had helped me to buy a new home in August 2023. This April, she helped me to sell my former home, which had been rented out for the past 2 years, and to complete a 1031 exchange. Because of the political uncertainty at the time, I was very worried about whether I would be able to sell quickly and at my desired price. After the tenants moved out, Judith's amazing team of vendors worked hard to update the house in just three short w... read more
