Dr. Brooks is always cheerful, and Dr. Phillip Son was alwo very good. My only complaint is trying to schedule an appt. Long hold times.

Coming from working in a hospital network, I was treated specially by doctors that knew me. I wasn't sure what to expect being "NEW" to a residency clinic. I can sincerely tell you that the experience is wonderful. Everyone lets you know that they are there for you, anyway they can help. Questions are answered and explained thoroughly. Suggestions for improvement in any health situation is explored with the patient. Please go and meet the staff.... you will be happy you did!

The students, residents and staff are very polite and caring. They take interest and time in each patient, which means you may spend a longer time waiting, but definitely get better results. Love this practice! Just one thing... schedule online if you can, because you will wait FOREVER on the phone.

I won’t be back. I have extensive medical history. I am a patient at Moffitt Cancer Center. I have been sick for more years than the “ DO” has been out of medical school. Treated me like a drug addict. He needs to learn much more.

Heart and Family Health has friendly and compassionate staff and I was very happy with the practice until I met this doctor today. She was absolutely unprofessional and rude. She did not take any time to review my medical history or my medical history with in the group. She has no compassion or bedside manner and in the hallway upon leaving, in front of other patients, she discussed my current medical condition. I contacted patient advocacy but no one needs to be disrespected by a doctor.

Why all the positive reviews?!?! I tried this place and was a disaster! My wait time was over 1 hr because the staff couldn't get organized. I had no idea the weird conversation we had...it left me in a cloud. Last time I'm coming to this place.
