Long story short, I’ve seen Dr Brooks more than once, pleasant experience. Then requested a refill on one of my RX’s. A migraine RX that I have been on for over 10 years. Not a narcotic. I had to request it 3 days in a row because she either “forgot”, never called me back & ignored my & my pharmacies phone call requests. I’m thankfully getting it refilled at a new DR office with absolutely no problem. Good riddance

'Doctor' canceled both appointments that I scheduled with her. I work in Ft. Lauderdale and live in Port St. Lucie - I took PTO and drove to work to be on time my appointment (I usually take public transportation to save money). She DID NOT CARE and put her personal issues before her my care. The 1st cancellation I was able to beg and be seen - in which I was sent out 2 different specialists. This office will leave you for dead. Moved my appointment on the 5th once without telling me and wouldn't of known if I didn't call. Moved it to the 18th. 18th comes, I get a call that my appointment is being cancelled. I have no medicine, no rescue inhalers, teledoc won't help, urgent spots have helped and won't keep helping, this was my last option and I waited months. I'm using old medicine. I tried explaining that and all I got was 'ohhh my goddd can you just listen'. Listen to the Google reviews.

My 94 yo mother moved to Port St Lucie almost two years ago, into an assisted living facility. Dr. Judith Brooks became her PCP, which was the best decision. Dr. Brooks goes above-and-beyond in caring for her patients and is a strong advocate for their needs. She is compassionate, gentle, and knowledgeable. There’s a quote that says, “the good physician treats the disease, the great physician treats the patient who has the disease.” This describes Dr. Brooks’ patient-centered approach to medicine. Dr Brooks as well as Front Office Staff member were excellent. Both took the time to listen to and answer questions. They were both very professional and knowledgable. I would recommend this practice to anyone, especially geriatric patients.

Waited almost an hour in waiting room when there were no other patients.Refused to provide service that we were there for and was very rude.Also, her nurse put blood pressure cuff on elbow and did not know why it was not working.

Dr. Brooks is simply the best! Her level of care and compassion is unmatched, and she consistently goes above and beyond for her clients. I can't recommend her enough! If you're looking for a doctor who truly cares about your well-being and will go the extra mile to help you, look no further. Thank you, Dr. Brooks, for being the best!!

Rude, Defensive, and UnprofessionalI called and left a detailed message (insurance information, etc.) to schedule my first appointment with Dr. Brooks. I called on a Wednesday and did not get a call back the same day or Thursday, so I called her office on Friday. I informed the person who answered the phone that I left a message on Wednesday and had not heard back from anyone from the office. The person who answered informed that she returned my call. She listened to my concerns and took her time with me . I realize it's a new office and she's not always going to be able to do that but it was awesome to have someone spend that time to get to know me in my issues. She is knowledgeable and caring. Her staff is great!
