Hello, I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Walker. I am glad to find her and appreciate her kindness and professionalism . The doctors that I had been to prior to finding Dr. Walker seemed to want to do the procedures that they thought were best without considering my situation, however, Dr. Walker was very receptive to my concerns and suggested an option that was doable for me. I had waited over an hour over my appointment time until Dr. Walker had finally saw me. I understand she was busy, yet I had felt rushed and that she didn't care to answer my questions towards the end. She pre-authorized my MRI, but I was denied by insurance for insufficient documentation. So, I requested for another pre-authorization with the information that the insurance requested. Dr.Walker was amazing and very patient. My daughter was a first time patient and Dr.Walker made her feel comfortable and less anxious about her foot procedure.
