Tom is the best! He was so easy to work with and helped us plan a ceremony that was perfectly “us.” He guided us through the process, gave great ideas to make it personal, and his website made everything simple. He handled all the paperwork, and we received our marriage license back quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant!
