I gave Dr. Chason a second chance and he failed. No patient should be treated with disrespect. He was rude and arrogant! Doctor needs trained on listening and showing compassion for starters. He has a job because of patients. Staff was great!
I met with Dr. Chason concerning a kidney stone removal then again for urinary issues. The first visit was great, he removed the stone. I recommended him to friends. The second visit wasn’t so great, prompting me to write this review. His arrogance and condescending attitude was felt right off as he entered the office. As I was trying to explain my ongoing issues, I felt very uncomfortable. I was humiliated and belittled by him speaking down towards me. Beware of choosing Dr. Chason as your urologist.
Dr. Chason. Very rude and condescending. Never addressed the reason I was referred to his office. After a supposedly scope I asked him why I have crystals in my urine. He ask when did I have crystal? He was sent two reports & given a disc with crystals & thickening of bladder wall & blood in urine. Apparently didn't review reports.
