It all began here in PeWee Valley in 1994 with a simple dream for Donna and me: serve our friends and neighbors the BEST hickory smoked Texas Style Barbeque east of the Mississippi. Like the barbeque we had when we were growing up in Texas. We use the very best certified Angus Beef, hand rubbed with our secret spices and slow smoked with hickory for 16 hours. great food, the brisket was delicious, melts in your mouth, great potato salad, everything was so good, prices right on and the service is friendly, highly recommended
Fantastic place to eat and really nice owner. Also they have very reasonable storages behind the restaurant.
