Very thorough and amazing diagnostics. He diagnosed a case of PMR after patient was seen by 3 previous doctors to no avail. He examines, questions, and thinks through your case. But be prepared to wait - this thorough exam comes at a price.
Dr Hoche is a by nice person on the other hand his office staff is at most rude and very inconsiderate. I have been actually stupid enough to wait in waiting room 2 hours and then in exam room 1 more hour, and had this happen on 3 different apps. This morning I was to have 1st appt but 3 patients just walked in to back office before me. If they we're emergency why did they not go to the emergency room. I made my appt 3 months in advance if Doctor was running behind staff should advise. I'm done
Good doctor office staff horrible and wait time is just ridiculous make no sense having appointment always behind schedule. No one every answer the phones always receiving the office answering service. and when leaving a message they never returns calls back.
I am a new patient to Dr. Hoche's office and as soon as I arrived for my appointment I noticed that the waiting lobby is full. Two people are also waiting in line at the recep window. Finally I sign in and I am given new patient paperwork to fill out. I noticed that patients are going up to the window and complaining about the long wait to see the doctor. When I turn in my paperwork,I am informed it is best for me to go to lunch and come back, because its at least a 2hrs wait!!! I just left.
