The office staff is rude and wait time is unbearable 2-3 hrs nobody answers phones or returns your calls I’ve been trying to make appointment for 3 months nobody returns my call I love the doctor but I’m leaving and found another doctor good luck getting threw on phone
When I first visited Dr. Hoche in 2006 for carpal tunnel exam (right hand), I was very pleased with the examination/testing required pre-surgery by a Neurosurgeon at Memorial. I had carpal tunnel in my left hand, (which was tested & operated by doctors outside of Memorial). When I had a recurrence (left) I looked again to Dr. Hoche. It took several months to get an appointment & once I saw him I explained my main problem of carpal tunnel & then mentioned my "balance" problem. Dr. Hoche is truly a compassionate man and loves what he does. His main priority is my health. He has always taken his time with me. Best neurologist around.

I really needed to see this doctor and was referred by my primary. The wait to get an appt was 3 weeks. On the morning of the appt, they called and cancelled me. I said, ok put me in on thurs or fri of that week. They said he was booked and i had to take first available. I decided to find another Doctor. First of all i need to see him and clearly he doesnt care. Second, no respect for the value of my time. I cannot comment on him as a doctor because i never got in.
I Had two visits with Dr. Hoche. The first one was good. He is knowledgeable and takes his time with you...now the horrible service . Front desk is rude, non helpful and seems like they hate their jobs. The scheduling is ridiculous as they have no respect for your time ! I travel constantly and run a business they expect you to wait 2-hours plus over your appointment time. They rarely answer the phone and don’t return calls. It is the worst run office I’ve experienced -sad so
He's an excellent doctor. He takes his time assessing the patient, answers questions, and cares. Just prepare yourself to wait for hours to see him. The front office is disorganized and schedules appointments so that long wait times are de rigueur. If you have the time, he's worth the wait.
