Terrible provider, incredibly condescending, talks down to patients, refuses to provide treatment. Says symptoms exist but refuses to diagnose or disprove any disorders. Waste of time and money. Did not help with the problems I sought help for and talked down to me. Only offered very generic "get therapy" advice. Very disappointed in this practice.
I really enjoyed working with my Doctor Kevin Lu. I highly recommend. I have been seeing different doctors for over a decade and Kevin was probably the most thoughtful, understanding, and helpful. Sad to have my insurance change and am unable to continue seeing him. Hope to return in the future.
