Outstanding service, care, and approach to treating their patients. I love that Dr Liu openly shared that one of their goals isn't to write prescriptions to new patients so easily like many practices do. Instead, Jubilee want the patients to feel safe enough to express, and share past/current challenges so they can help guide the patients to the right direction and care. He listened to my concerns with compassion and professionalism. He took the time to understand my symptoms, answer my questions. Throughout my care, I felt supported, respected, and never judged. Terrible provider, incredibly condescending, talks down to patients, refuses to provide treatment. Says symptoms exist but refuses to diagnose or disprove any disorders. Waste of time and money. Did not help with the problems I sought help for and talked down to me. Only offered very generic "get therapy" advice. Very disappointed in this practice.
