This organization claims to be public interest, but turns its back on immigrant families in urgent need. My child fully qualifies for SIJS, yet they refused to help and even gave a completely false excuse: “If the parent does not have a green card, the child cannot stay in the U.S. even if they obtain one.” This is absolutely misleading. If your services require a fee, you should state it clearly, rather than covering it up with false excuses to dismiss immigrant families in desperate need of legal help. Very disappointed.
