In the past week. I have had two phone appointments with Dr. Govender's office. One to obtain a requesition form for bloodwork, and once to discuss results of said bloodwork. Both times were phone calls in the morning and I was "forgotten". No phone call, no email saying they're delayed, no notification they missed me. No missed phone calls in my logs. Worst admin, bad doctor, horrible bedside manner, told me I had a permanent disease when I didn’t, always late, doesn’t call when he say he will etc.

Dr. Govender takes advantage of patients, especially people who have major disabilities. He doesn't listen to their needs. He is never available when he is needed. For him his patients are dollar signs $$$, for him it's about numbers not care. My client has been trying to transfer to a diffenrent doctor and Dr.Govender makes it difficult for them to do that. Good care but wait times are long. One to 2 hours. Wait times have now improved greatly.
