Absolutely horrid customer service from the office staff
Dr. Govender takes advantage of patients, especially people who have major disabilities. He doesn't listen to their needs. He is never available when he is needed. For him his patients are dollar signs $$$, for him it's about numbers not care. My client has been trying to transfer to a diffenrent doctor and Dr.Govender makes it difficult for them to do that. Good care but wait times are long. One to 2 hours. Wait times have now improved greatly.
Best doctor I have ever had. Literally care about his patience. I can't say enough for good things about him.
Dr Govender has given my Mother, very good care, always returning phone calls, and messages in a timely matter. He has given me peace of mind knowing that she is being watched carefully by him and his staff who visit her frequently in her home. He is very kind and truly cares about his patients and their families.
