I love it there !! Food is awesome. Staff is friendly and alway smiling. Moved away from Hayes 4 yrs ago and yesterday was the first time back and besides some new updates on the building...everything else is the same. The Best mexican food ever !!! Thank you !!

Tried Juan's in NN for the first time yesterday. I thought the service could've been better and faster. And the food was good but not great. I'll be going back to my favorite, Plaza Azteca on Jefferson near Oyster Point from now on.

If you haven't been to the new Juan's in Newport News, I highly recommend you do....food is awesome, servers and staff are extremely polite....I have eaten there twice now, once for dinner and today for lunch w/my husband and daughter.....same great experience! Juan's came recommended by a close friend of mine....Thanks, Juanita....shall frequent Juan's often....My quest is to try everything on the menu!!!
