Four or five times in a row now the person answering the phone can't get the order right. Food is good but since juan moved across the river management sucks. The worse part is they leave an order off which is less for juans and less for customers when they get home. Since i know this problem I actually went over my order twice and still it was shorted. Take out orders need to be checked before leaving and expect to wait another 20 minutes. Loved juans last year not so much now.

The only thing better is being in Cabo, Cozumel, Akumal, Tulum, Puerto Vallarta Mexico....
