service has really gone downhill placed an order for delivery...never received. they didn't seem to care at all.

We did a to-go order last night since the pandemic is happening. I did my order online yesterday around 12pm for a pick up at 7:45pm. We waited 50 mins for our food to come out, only to be short a drink. When asking for some sort of compensation for the time I had to sit for my food, the manager came out to literally ARGUE with me because she thought I wanted my food for free and said if you are keeping the food then i am not giving you money back (that I didn’t even ask for back). Juan’s always comes through for us. The manager herself just delivered our food complete with margaritas!!!! Delivered margaritas will prob end after the corona virus but this is exactly what I needed and the food was amazing too!!!
Decided to try their takeout. Not a good idea. It took about 30 mins over the time they said it would take. When the food arrived it was all saturated and mushy from it sitting and getting cold in the container. Had to trash it because of how mushy it was. Very disappointing.
